For the month of April, the office will be open on Saturday April 5th and 12th for walk-ins only. Also, the last day to drop off your documents is April 10th. After April 10th you will have to file for extension to get your taxes done.

As of March 21, 2025, reporting companies are not currently required to file beneficial ownership information (BOI) with FinCEN and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the order remains in force. However, reporting companies may continue to voluntarily submit beneficial ownership information reports. More information is available at https://www.fincen.gov/boi
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has announced they will begin accepting and processing 2024 individual tax returns on January 27, 2025. When the IRS starts processing returns, acknowledgment times may be slower than normal due to a high number of submissions. The IRS will begin accepting business returns on January 15, 2025.
